Dear Community - On Saturday, June 6th, we’re gathering in NYC at the Church of St. Paul and St. Andrew on the Upper West Side for  A Day in the Heart, a LSRF Benefit, and we’d love for you to join. It’s going to be a full day of satsang, storytelling, film, and live music, all in celebration of the legacy of Ram Dass. 🌷 @sharonsalzberg will guide meditation and speak from her own life on the path. 🌷 @krishnadasmusic , who traveled to India in 1970 and sat with Neem Karoli Baba alongside Ram Dass, leads the afternoon workshop with Sharon and closes the night with a full kirtan concert with his band. 🌷Raghu Markus opens the day. And we’ll be screening Brilliant Disguise: The Samadhi of KC Tewari, followed by a Q&A with director David Silver, Krishna Das, and @raghujoel .
Maharaji, Ram Dass’ beloved guru, kept his teachings quite simple: love everyone, feed everyone and remember God: Ram Dass: I asked him, “How can I raise my Kundalini?” I expected a secret answer. But he simply said, “Serve people. Feed people.” That was a shocker. I had studied brains—intellectually—and here he was handing me my path with just a few words.
