🎓✨ Congratulations to our 2026 PTSO Senior Community Impact Scholarship Recipients! ✨🎓 The Excelsior PTSO is proud to award this year’s Community Impact Scholarship to Haley Carrol and Naomy Diaz-Aparicio! The Community Impact Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors who have made a difference in their communities through service, leadership, and meaningful contributions. Whether impacting their home, school, or broader community, these students exemplify what it means to lead and serve others. We are excited to celebrate Haley and Naomy for the positive impact they have made on those around them and for the example they set for future students. Even more exciting, both recipients will be attending UNC this August! We know they will continue making a difference as they begin this next chapter. Please join us in congratulating Haley Carrol and Naomy Diaz-Aparicio on this well-deserved honor and wishing them success at UNC! 🐏🩵

Introducing the Flying Lions Shelf Squad 📚 ~ Keeping our shelves fierce & organized ~ As students begin visiting the library more often and checking out books, we’re looking for a few volunteers to help keep our school library organized and running smoothly. Volunteers will help 1–2 times per month with: ✨ Re-shelving returned books ✨ Organizing shelves
✨ Labeling new books The best part? You choose the days and times that work for your schedule, and each shift is about 1 hour.
