The ADA web accessibility deadline just got extended. Here's what it means for your organization.

Large public entities now have until April 26, 2027. Smaller ones until April 26, 2028.

This extra year gives businesses an opportunity to stop doing accessibility wrong.

The pattern we keep seeing across organizations is:
✅ Yes, automated scans pass
❌ But, real users still can't access the content

We’ve seen alt text that technically exists but says nothing. PDFs that look structured but fall apart for keyboard users. You can pass a compliance check and still completely fail the people you're trying to reach.

Accessibility isn't just an IT problem. It touches every team, including marketing, operations, HR, and legal. Every email, document, webpage, and campaign asset is either a barrier or a bridge.
