We had an awesome weekend for our first Men’s Retreat at Evolve Sanctuary. 7 very powerful and Gentle-men trusted us with 48 hours of their precious time. Over the weekend we hiked to a beautiful waterfall for some cold water immersion. Sat around the campfire both evenings and shared stories and laughter. The men went deep in a 75 minute Breathwork experience, as well as releasing some tension with our wonderful body work therapist who joined us on the Saturday. Sunday was all about deep diving into tranquility with a beautiful Tea Ceremony with Nic, followed by some more nourishment with another wonderful bodywork practitioner, and there was an abundance of lovingly prepared food. We are very blessed to be able to connect in such a way with so many amazing humans. Thanks fellas...we love you all. 🔥💗
